Every now and then I remember something from when I was a kid..The 1st was the bakery truck that came around once a week..as kids we would jump in the truck and there were metal drawers full of cakes,etc..probably like the twinkies that you can buy now, but back then there was no such thing in grocery stores.
Then there was the milkman in truck..we would also jump in there and steel the ice that kept the milk cold...I remember it being the best ice..it was squares cubes with holes so you could wear them on your finger like a ring...

a cupcake truck would be a good idea. i guess in bigger cities (nyc and la for sure) there are a bunch of different kind of food trucks. i'm sure they'll start showing up here sooner or later...
