I don't like to talk about personal stuff, but since its getting colder I am getting real itchy..After a hot shower I am so itchy I have to roll on the floor like a dog...If anyone has a relief other than not showering till summer I would appreciate a heads up...

lukewarm, no hot showers, plus lots of lotion. DUH!
Rachel gave GG some Anti Monkey Butt powder. Maybe that will work?
